Qootra may allow users to create or join workspaces. A workspace may represent a brand, business, team, client, project, or other social media operation.

Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing access, permissions, connected accounts, billing, content, and workspace settings.

3.2 Agencies and Client Workspaces

Qootra may be used by agencies to manage client social media operations.

Agency users may create separate workspaces for different clients. Each client workspace is treated as a separate workspace environment. The agency is responsible for ensuring it has all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to manage each client’s content, social accounts, data, publishing workflows, analytics, and connected platform access.

Qootra is not responsible for disputes between agencies, clients, team members, contractors, or other workspace participants.

4. Plans, Free Trial, Billing, and Cancellation

Qootra offers subscription plans, including:

  • Basic

  • Starter

  • Advanced

  • Agency

  • Enterprise (custom/commercial terms, where offered)

All our plans are available on a monthly and yearly billing cycle.

Qootra may offer a free trial from time to time. Trial duration, eligibility, and limits may vary by offer, plan, feature, region, workspace, and account status.

At the end of the trial, you may need to choose a paid subscription plan to continue using paid features.

Qootra allows users to connect supported third-party social platforms and online business profiles, including:

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, community guidelines, advertising rules, API rules, and other requirements of each connected platform.

Qootra is not responsible for failed publishing, delayed publishing, missing analytics, unavailable features, account penalties, reduced reach, content removal, or other issues caused by third-party platforms, user content, user settings, or platform rules.

You may disconnect social accounts from Qootra through your workspace settings where available. You may also revoke Qootra’s access directly through the relevant platform’s account or security settings.

6. User Content and Ownership

"User Content" means content, data, files, text, images, videos, captions, drafts, posts, comments, messages, brand assets, instructions, prompts, analytics data, client data, and other materials that you create, upload, import, connect, publish, process, or store through Qootra.

  • Reviewing content before publishing

Brand Brain is a workspace-level intelligence layer that may store brand context, voice, audience information, performance patterns, content preferences, and other workspace-specific information.

Qootra includes AI-powered features, including Orion and Brand Brain.


Orion is Qootra’s AI Agent that helps users plan, create, analyze, automate, and improve social media workflows. Brand Brain is a workspace-level intelligence layer that may store brand context, voice, audience information, performance patterns, content preferences, and other workspace-specific information.

AI-generated outputs may include content ideas, captions, post variations, strategy suggestions, analytics summaries, automation suggestions, reply suggestions, or other recommendations.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and verifying all AI-generated outputs before using or publishing them.

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Qootra

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or provide unauthorized access to Qootra

  • Use Qootra’s branding without permission

  • Remove proprietary notices

  • Use Qootra to build a competing product or service in violation of applicable law

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Qootra and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the platform, website, software, design, interface, workflows, features, technology, documentation, trademarks, logos, branding, Orion, Brand Brain, and related intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qootra’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of:


  • $100, or

  • The amount you paid to Qootra in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.


These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other basis, even if Qootra has been advised of the possibility of damages.


Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
