Subprocessors

Qootra LLC ("Qootra," "we," "us," or "our") works with trusted third-party companies to operate Qootra. These companies are our subprocessors: services that process or store limited information on our behalf as part of providing the platform. This page explains what subprocessors are, who they are, and how we manage them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Subprocessors

When you use Qootra, some of the work behind the service is performed by specialized third-party providers, such as hosting our application, storing data, sending email, or processing payments.

These providers are called subprocessors. They may process limited information on Qootra's behalf, only as needed to provide their specific service to us, and only under contract with Qootra. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Qootra remains responsible for how its subprocessors process information on our behalf.

Independent platforms you connect to Qootra, such as TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, Tumblr, and Google Business Profile, are not subprocessors. They act under their own terms and privacy policies, which our Privacy Policy and Connected Platforms sections explain.

2. Current Subprocessors

The table below lists the companies that act as Qootra's subprocessors and what each one helps us do.

• Polar — payments and billing (Merchant of Record)

• Cloudflare — hosting, security, delivery, infrastructure

• Neon — database infrastructure

• Railway — background worker and job-queue infrastructure

• Redis Cloud — Orcai agent memory; development job-queue infrastructure

• Upstash Redis and QStash — sessions, caching, rate limiting, async job dispatch

• Resend — transactional email

• PostHog — product analytics (where enabled)

• Sentry — error monitoring (where enabled)

• Axiom — log analytics (where enabled)

• OpenRouter — AI model routing

Where a subprocessor could have access to information about you, it is only permitted to process that information to provide its service to Qootra, under obligations that keep it confidential and secure.

3. How We Vet and Monitor Them

Before engaging a subprocessor, we review its security and privacy practices and confirm that it can meet the requirements of the role it will play in providing Qootra.

We contract with each subprocessor under agreements that restrict how they may process information, require confidentiality, and require appropriate security measures.

We keep this list under review as our infrastructure and service providers change.

4. Changes to This List

If we add or remove a subprocessor, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.

Material changes will be reflected on this page as they take effect, so that this list stays accurate and current.
