AI Usage Policy

This AI Usage Policy explains how those features work, how data may be processed, and what responsibilities users have when using AI-generated outputs. 4. Data Used by AI Features

5. AI Providers
Qootra uses OpenRouter as its AI gateway to operate AI features. Model requests are routed through OpenRouter to third-party model providers, which may include Google and other providers available through OpenRouter.
When Qootra's AI features run, relevant prompts, context, instructions, inputs, and outputs may be processed by OpenRouter and the selected provider only as needed to provide the feature, subject to applicable agreements and safeguards.
OpenRouter's documented data practices include: prompt retention is opt-in; request metadata, such as token counts and latency, is stored for reporting; and account-level settings allow routing to be restricted so that prompts are not used for provider training. Qootra configures its AI routing to prevent training on Qootra user data and to avoid unnecessary retention.
Qootra does not sell connected social platform data. Qootra does not use connected social platform data to train third-party foundation models.
6. Human-in-the-Loop Use
