Ask anyone who posts daily what the hardest part is. Nobody says writing. They say starting. The blank calendar on Sunday night, five tabs half open, the week already behind before it began.
We kept living that loop ourselves. And the thing that fixed it was not another prompt library or another writing tool. It was giving Qootra an agent that plans the week with you and takes over the boring parts when you allow it. We call it Orcai.
Orcai is not a chatbot bolted onto a scheduler. It reads your Knowledge Hub, looks at your calendar and proposes a plan. You approve, edit or reject every step, and it keeps moving on the steps you approved.
This post walks through what Orcai does, how a real week looks with it, and the one design rule we refuse to break: it always asks before it acts.
Posting is a job nobody staffs for
Most small teams have no content team. The person who runs the product also runs the TikTok, the LinkedIn page and the newsletter teaser. Different formats, different tones, different hours, one person.
What makes it hard is not writing one post. It is holding the whole week in your head: what goes where, what is drafted, what is approved, what already went out. A spreadsheet helps for a moment. Then life happens.
An agent, not an autocomplete
Most AI tools write text when you ask, then forget everything about you. Orcai works more like a teammate. It reads your Knowledge Hub (your notes, your past posts, your brand rules), looks at your calendar and proposes a plan for the week.
When you approve the plan, Orcai drafts each post one by one, shaped for each platform. The TikTok caption is short and loud. The LinkedIn post takes its time. You stop rewriting the same thought four times for four audiences.
Every change asks first
Orcai never touches your calendar on its own. When it wants to do something (move a post, reschedule a batch, publish), a small card appears with three answers: allow it, allow it just this once, or no thanks. The card is the question. Orcai stops and waits.
This is not a safety feature we added late. It is the core of the product. Agents that act without asking feel powerful for a day and frightening by the weekend. You can give Orcai more room later, once it has earned your trust. By default, nothing happens without you.

What a week looks like
Monday: you drop three rough ideas to Orcai before your coffee gets cold. It returns a plan for the week: four posts across your platforms, each with a draft time. Tuesday you open the drafts, fix two lines, approve the rest. Thursday your posts go out while you are in a meeting you did not prepare for.
Nothing in that story is magic. The planning got shorter, the drafts started closer to done, and the calendar stopped being a graveyard of good intentions.
Built on your brand knowledge
Orcai drafts from your Knowledge Hub: the place where your notes live, your past posts, your do and do not list, the phrases you hate. That is why its drafts sound like you instead of like every AI post on the internet.
What ships today
Orcai is live in every Qootra workspace, across all twelve platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, VK, Google Business Profile and Tumblr. Planning, drafting, approvals and scheduling run in one place.
We are onboarding the early access list right now, and the closed beta starts November 1. Join the list, bring one real idea, and let Orcai plan its first week with you.
